Every gift in our shop starts with something of yours: a name, a date, the house you live in. Here’s what happens to it from there.
1. You tell the stall who it’s for
Each stall asks for what its thing needs and nothing more. Budling asks for a baby’s name and birth date, and, if you like, the time, weight and length. Huisje lets you build your home in a few taps and type the names that go with it.
2. It’s drawn for you

The stall draws your design from what you gave it, in your browser. You can change it as often as you like. The design you order is the one that gets printed.
3. You pay
You pay on Stripe’s secure payment page, by card, iDEAL or Bancontact. We never see your card details. The price already includes VAT and delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
4. It goes to the printer
Once your payment is in, the order goes to Print API, our own print service in Groningen, with your design as its print file. Only now is your thing made: we keep no stock.
5. People print, pack and post it

At the printing house its own people print your order, pack it and hand it to the post. With it goes a small printed insert from us: who it’s for, how to look after it, and any safety information it needs.
6. It arrives
Before you pay, the basket shows roughly when your parcel will arrive. You’ll get an email to say your order is in, and another when it’s on its way.
And if it isn’t right
If it arrives misprinted or damaged, tell us and you get a new one or your money back, whichever you prefer. Misprints and refunds has the details. Because each thing is made for one particular person, we can’t take back something that’s right but that you’ve changed your mind about. The Terms of sale explain why. Until printing starts, though, you can cancel it on your order page for a full refund.
