How can we help?

Open your order page and tap “Cancel this order”. Until the printer starts, that cancels it straight away: nothing is printed and you get your money back in full. Once printing has started, it usually can’t be cancelled any more, and is then made and delivered as ordered.

Then we reprint it or give you your money back. Tell Poppy, our AI helper: it asks a few short questions, takes your photos right there in the chat and starts putting it right.

We send your plant to the printer as soon as you’ve paid. Printing usually takes 1 working day. After it’s sent, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days in the Netherlands and 1–3 working days in Belgium and Germany. These are usual times, not a promised date: delivery depends on the post.

We print exactly what you confirmed in the proof step. If the printer hasn’t started yet, cancel on your order page and order again with the right spelling.

It’s in the email we sent when you paid (“… is in the press”). Can’t find that either? Write to hello@onlyonery.com from the email address you ordered with, and tell us the name on the poster.
